Yomiko's will power is probably strong enough for her to shrink off telepathic assaults. All she has to do is focus on books and there's nothing someone can do to take her mind off of it.
She is the living avatar of all things paper. As such, she has near-divine power potentials. Enough to make her paper count as magical (which is why it could contain Alucard).
Some match-ups and what would happen:
Yomiko vs. Witch Hunter Robin - Yomiko wins, since she can reconstitute paper that's been burned, negating Robin's fire powers.
Yomiko vs. Utena - Yomiko wins using a paper flurry to knock the rose off. (Anthy would then start reading a whole lot of books.)
Yomiko vs. Megatron - He's bigger, but she can slice through his metal with ease. Cutting off his legs renders him immobile. Clogging his gun with paper would make it explode on him. He's out.
Yomiko vs. Haruko from FLCL - Paper speedbump to send Haruko off her Vespa, then a paper guitar to battle Haruko's own. Yomiko wins, claims the guitar, and strums up a filk song.
Yomiko vs. Queen Metallia from Sailor Moon - Yomiko makes a paper tube that reflects Metallia's own energy burst back at her. Metallia blows herself up. No need for a Silver Crystal!
...and the list goes on. About the only ones that might give her trouble are types like Washu or Sailor Galaxia who have cosmic level powers. Anything short of that will probably lose.

How about Yomiko vs. a Goa'uld that's hidden itself in her pillow? The instant she falls asleep ... *schlurpt!*
What about Yomiko versus someone with ice powers, rather than fire powers? If her paper gets frozen into a solid mass before it can reach her opponent, it's useless to her. The enemy could even make it move in glacier-fashion and bury her underneath.
As for old Megs - you know he'd send an underling at her first, to gauge her strengths and weaknesses. If he saw he couldn't take her, he wouldn't unless he was pushed; he'd create the monster of the week to take her on for him. ^^

Ice powers would be of no use. She could have the paper vibrate to shatter whatever enclosure they were in. If he froze a lot of it together, her telekinetic paper control could send the block of ice back at him, no matter how much control he had of ice.

I notice you haven't debunked my Goa'uld ploy yet ... Isn't that a race from Stargate?

Indeed, it is! ^^ Take a cookie, Gabryel. The Goa'uld are parasites, who insinuate themselves into the human body and take over within a minute. Possibly half a minute, from what I've seen of StarGate episodes. And if Yomiko was asleep, well ... Willpower would allow a 'host' to keep part of its thoughts hidden and communicate with the parasite, maybe trick it if an opportunity arose, but not to remove the creature.

Wait ... ; Wells succeeded at killing Hakim? Eh-oh. If the temporal ripple effect is effective, that means Integra's father married someone else ... meaning the current head of Hellsing won't be Integra. And they won't have any reason to correct this. And no one will even remember Integra's existence. ... Unless Hakim had already conceived Integra's mother?

You'll see the effects of this soon. As for the Goa'uld, here's what would happen: Goa'uld: *under the pillow* Muah ha ha! Now it's time for snakes...on a brain! *The Goa'uld slithers up, then hits a book that happens to get in the way* Goa'uld: Ow! Let me try again... *Slithers at Yomiko's head again. Another book falls right into its path and it hits it* Goa'uld: Grrr... *Flies really quick at Yomiko this time. With a sigh, she turns over in her sleep. Suddenly, a stack of books falls, crushing the Goa'uld worm flat and killing it* Yomiko: *mumble mumble* As said in the manga, Yomiko doesn't just love books. They love her, too. And they'd do whatever it takes to protect her. So, nyeh!

But ... it'd be just a few inches from pillow to neck. How could a book hit the parasite without clobbering Yomiko, too? P.S.: I've yet to encounter a Goa'uld with a genuine sense of humor, but the 'snakes on a brain'-crack is priceless. ^^

The horror ... the HORROR! I was never a big fan of Integra's, but ... I do so hope the gang can undo the temporal paradox soon.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, the marvelous magical Erin will now attempt to juggle six topics at once!
*ahem*
One: Our heroes' minds. Brain chemistry is different at different ages. Children tend to be more impulsive, and the younger ones have less capacity for abstract thinking. Older brains tend to be more connected and grounded; conflicts of the "my head says this but my heart says that!" nature are less common. So that's beginning to take effect.
Two: Doctor Who. The one who appeared was Six, who's the most abraisive of the lot. But all of them have that British wit. And, given Alucard's age (which is on the same scale as that of the Doctor), he's bound to have run into him before.
Three: (Austria-)Hungary. My head's full of European History at the moment (just took the AP exam today); I sketched that particular comic shortly after a lesson on the era, because I thought it was the kind of thing Heinkel (being Austrian) should know. And, hey, I have a Hungarian reader! Cool =D
Four: The elephants. Muahahahaha. Any Emma fan would catch on here. (I TOLD people to go read that series . . .)
Five: Hakim. Yes, this was Xu's brilliant idea. It's probably the one twist he wrote into the original plan that never got changed. And it got me into Emma, too =D
Six: Pairings. NenenexYomiko = my ROD OTP. Also, MaggiexFaye (from the Read or Dream manga). Because my heart melts when I read those chapters. I read the manga first (the first ROD volume is in English now, hooray!), before the OVA, so Nenene beats out Nancy in my scheme of Yomiko's affections. Of course, Yomiko will have to compete with all of Nenene's other fans - including Yumie, because whether you normally go for fluffy romance or blood and gore, Nenene's awesomeness as a writer will suck you in.
(And now, watch closely, ladies and gentlemen, as she adds a seventh!)
Seven: Hakim's death. And the resulting paradox. For this, all I have to say is: Muahahahahaha.
